Every document is versioned. When one changes, the new version is published with a new number and an effective date, and the old one stays readable here.

Acceptable use policy
Do not record people without the consent your local law requires, and make sure it covers the recording being sent to a service. Do not resell the software or our cloud service, or use either to make content that is illegal or abusive.

Privacy policy
Your video file is never sent anywhere. What else leaves your machine depends on which of the three ways you run a model, and the application says what each model you have set up sends, on the screen where you choose it. This website counts page views on our own server, with no cookie and without storing your address.

Refund policy
Cancel the monthly subscription any time and keep access to the end of the period. Cloud credit is a separate purchase, never expires, and is not refundable.

You subscribe for $10 a month to use How-To Maker. Cloud credit is bought separately, is never granted by the subscription, never expires, and is not refundable. Your recordings stay on your machine.
