Credit is spent only when you use the built-in AI. Bring your own API key or run a model on your own computer instead and nothing is charged. Credit never expires, and is not refundable.

Your own API key and models on your own computer are supported in full, not as a fallback: every feature works on all three paths. On those two, nothing here is charged at all. How it works says what each path sends.

Credit is spent on extracting a transcript and writing a draft through the built-in AI service. Editing, re-picking frames, marking up a picture, and exporting never cost anything. Prices are plus tax where applicable.

You pay for what each tutorial actually uses. Longer recordings and longer guides cost more. We show an estimate before you start and the real figure after.

Before you pay for anything

What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing you made goes away. Your projects, articles, and exports are files on your computer and stay there. What stops is the ability to run new work through the application until you subscribe.
Can I use it on more than 5 machines?
5 at a time is the limit, and it is a limit on machines rather than people in the way a seat licence is. Your account page lists every activated machine and lets you revoke one, which frees its slot straight away.
Is credit refundable?
No. Credit buys access to a service that costs us money the moment it is used, so it is sold as spent rather than as a deposit. It never expires, which is the trade. Buy small amounts until you know your rate.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page in your account, which opens the Stripe portal. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves access running until the period you already paid for ends.
