Refund policy

1. The subscription

The $10 monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

2. Credits

Credits bought for managed inference never expire and are not refundable. They remain available on your account for as long as the account exists, including while a subscription is lapsed.

We state this plainly because prepaid credit is the one part of this product where the money is spent before the value is delivered. Buy the pack size you expect to use.

3. When we will refund anyway

If a managed inference call is charged against your balance and fails to return a result because of a fault on our side, the charge is reversed to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, tell us through the contact form and we will correct it.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than contacting us, your account is suspended while the dispute is open. We would much rather you used the contact form.
