Drop in the video

Drop in a video of somebody explaining something. How-To Maker extracts the transcript and writes it up as numbered steps, each one still tied to the moment it was described, so a picture from the recording is a click away. You edit it like a blog post and export it.
7 days, no card. Your video file never leaves your computer.
How it works
Any recording of somebody explaining something. The file is copied into a project folder, so nothing you do later can orphan it.
The audio becomes a transcript with a timestamp on every line, which is what keeps the finished article tied to the recording underneath it.
Numbered steps with headings, in the order you said them. Then the editor: pull a frame from any moment, crop it, draw on it, set type on it in your own typeface.
Markdown and HTML with HowTo schema, plus a manifest and a README written to be read by an AI agent, so one export lands in whatever site or help centre you already run.
The search problem
What somebody types into a search box is a sentence, and a video has none in it. Written out, the same walkthrough is a page of headings, steps and captions in the words the question was asked in — so the people you recorded it for can find the answer you already gave them.

Turn a client's video library into a cluster of long tail how-to pages in an afternoon, not a quarter.
Every lesson ships with written notes, and the notes are what brings new people to the video.
